5–10 KG / URGENT
Urgent international shipments
Organisation of urgent business shipments from the USA, China, the UK, Germany and other origins: parts, documents, samples and critical consignments.
Service scope
Urgent international shipments: scope and terms.
Every order is verified individually based on route, dates, cargo parameters and special requirements.
When a standard service is too slow
We check the available options for urgent business shipments. Timing and feasibility depend on the direction, shipment readiness, documents and the chosen transport model.
What to send in the enquiry
- country and city of pickup;
- final delivery location;
- shipment readiness;
- exact weight, dimensions and description of contents;
- expected date;
- information about documents and customs clearance.
Ongoing contact
In urgent jobs, a quick exchange of complete information is particularly important. Appoint a person available during pickup and delivery.
What to know before you enquire
- The description of contents and documents are as important as the route. For shipments from outside the EU, the customs status must be settled before pickup; customs clearance is arranged with partner customs agencies.
- A contact person available during the job on the sender’s and the consignee’s side is a condition of reacting quickly to changes.
- Air shipments via Frankfurt: we describe how cargo pickup from FRA works in the article on cargo pickup from Frankfurt airport: Cargo pickup from Frankfurt airport step by step.
- Single urgent shipments versus ongoing cooperation: for regular needs, also look at dedicated vans.
Frequently asked questions
Urgent international shipments — questions and answers
General answers. Details of each order are always confirmed individually.
What options for an urgent international shipment do you check?
Depending on the direction and the readiness of the shipment, we compare the options available for the given route. We confirm the specific option and its timing once we receive the details.
Do you handle customs clearance of shipments from outside the EU?
Customs status and documents must be settled before pickup. The necessary documents (invoice, description of contents, importer details) are supplied by the sender or consignee. Customs clearance can be arranged with our network of partner customs agencies in Europe — the scope of our coordination is agreed in the order.
What most often delays an urgent shipment?
An incomplete description of contents, missing documents, an unsettled customs status, and no contact person available at pickup or delivery. A complete enquiry shortens the arrangements.
What details should I send in the enquiry?
Country and city of pickup, delivery location, shipment readiness, exact weight, dimensions and description of contents, expected date and information about documents. The list is also on the contact page.
