What to know before you enquire
- Garment length determines the number of rail levels, and therefore the vehicle’s capacity. Coats and dresses take up different space than shirts — state the proportions.
- A hanger list (a packing list per rail) speeds up receipt at the warehouse and makes counting items at delivery orderly.
- Seasonal collections are worth planning in advance, so that a vehicle with the right equipment can be selected for a specific date.

General answers. Details of each order are always confirmed individually.
How should garments be prepared for transport on hangers?
Garments in covers, on hangers of one type, grouped by model, size or destination store, with a list of items for each rail. Agree with us who hangs and removes the garments at the loading and unloading points.
Can hanging garments be combined with cartons in one vehicle?
It depends on the order and the vehicle — we confirm individually. State the number of hanging items and cartons in your enquiry.
How are garments counted at delivery?
The consignee counts the items against the hanger list in the driver’s presence and enters any shortages or damage as a reservation on the transport document. This is the basis for any claim.
